Wolf Brother is a book about Torak a 12-year-old boy losing his father to a demon bear that is invincible. In the beginning Torak does not realize that the baby cub following him around would be his best friend in the end that he will miss the most. Torak can communicate with the cub because he is half wolf half human. In the end they eventually defeat the bear, but that is not the end of this series.
I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a page turner and adventure book. I bought the rest of the series after I finished the first one and am now working on the second book called
Spirit Walker. This book is amazing and I look forward to reading many more of Michelle Paver's novels.
